Performance - Digitanonologico

The analog and the digital are, at times, worlds apart. This work reflects on how much the world has changed and what that shift means for society. Pedro Matsuo brings his analog practice into dialogue with the digital experience through light. Drawings from his notebooks, projected onto walls, explore how these two universes can merge into one. What began as small, hand drawn marks now illuminates the walls of a building: something so minor, through technology, opens onto an immensity of possibilities. The work also reflects on the relationship between the micro and the macro, and on how many more possibilities we can still live and feel through the meeting of the analog and the digital.
